Practicare Medical Management, Inc.
 Practicare Medical Management, Inc. provides medical billing and accounts receivable management to more than 70 multi-specialty medical practices in New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. In a typical day, Practicare processes hundreds of explanations of benefits (EOB’s) documents and payments sent by insurance companies. When done manually, this is a very labor-intensive procedure due to the nature of the information on an EOB. After implementing a data capture application supported by Stellar Office Solutions, Practicare realized tremendous gains in productivity. James Antonacci, President and CEO of Practicare reports “it used to take 3 days to complete the entire process of handling an EOB from receipt, through entry of data into the practice management system. Bryant & Stratton College
Bryant and Stratton College is a premier private career college founded over 150 years ago with 15 locations in 4 states. Their Syracuse North Campus was looking for a solution to their ever-growing student record files. In order to reclaim valuable office space and improve the retreival of transcripts and other important student documents, Bryant and Stratton engaged Stellar Office Solutions to scan, index, and digitally store approximately 11,000 student records.
